VPN, seedbox,
dedicated locked down bsd or Linux box for data, with bios & bootloader password, heavy disk encryption & remote disk nuke (in case police has warrant).
Also avoid public trackers like the plague..

Technically this is not about net neutrality. Net neutrality is about bandwidth and privilege. For example if Netflix would pay extra their traffic could get priority over others. Net neutrality means everyone's traffic is equal.

@Charmgoggles agree. Plus being a dev, I don't support piracy at all. :)
