Also, buy a UPS.
Avimelekh8224dI started building my house to countryside, my solution to this problem was diesel generator and ups. It takes few seconds to generator to start, meanwhile ups keeps things alive. My total investment was around 7k eur, but my generator has to keep other utility systems running too, you can setup on budget solution up for few thousand
Nanos1021624dI got an UPS (APC models are cheap, if a tad awkward to always setup up..) with a 3kWh battery, they can be quite cheap 2nd hand, or even free if you know someone who can fix a broken one.
Had a 2 hour power cut last night and didn't notice !
Almost everything here is plumbed into it..
(Such as extra lights in each room, TV's, router.)
Next move, want a diesel generator too !
I wonder what might make a for a cheap diesel generator enough to power a house and its electric heating and cooking, an old tractor engine ?

While I am not a hardcore techie to provide you with any solution(s), I hope things get better soon.
