Internet-based open source platform for democracy. That is, a package of code that you can use as a website that would basically encapsulate all the functions of incorporating the voice of the people into governmental decision-making -- like voting, initiatives/referendums/recalls, contacting representatives or other officials, etc.
This would also be something that could be used to run a private organization or public company as well. Hopefully super flexible.

    @gumel Decision Support System? Having never heard that term, I looked it up and from what I see, that's not quite it.
    What I'm talking about isn't something that helps people make decisions; this is for what happens once they've made their decisions and wish to have their voice in the context of a collective of some kind.
    For example, as part of this idea, I might turn Robert's Rules of Order into code to make an easy GUI for using said rules.

    I found that a bit before you commented. Yes, kinda like that, but probably a bit different as well. Though I can't say for sure because I haven't used their product.
