My school stores everyone's username and passwords (including admins) in plain text on a Windows 2007 server that they remote desktop into.

    Just expose them on pastebin and email the link from the admin account to itself.

    I think you're entitled to change a few things, if you know what I mean... There must be a price for stupidity.

    @Jase Wow. We're there any problems with students getting into each other's accounts?

    @Jase That's surprising.

    During high school our systems-admin used everyone's social security number (something you can acquire for anyone, easily, online here in Sweden) as the sole parameter for getting the personal login, in clear-text, to a nationwide hotspot network.

    On top of that... Everyone had to sign an agreement upon getting the login that they had to keep it safe and that they were responsible for any traffic on their account, even if they lost the credentials...

    Some of us complained to everyone in charge, but hey... Who listens to high schoolers... What could they possibly know that the systems-admin doesn't. 😑

    Wait, there's a Windows server 2007?
