tloren1278yI'm sort of also into making new things and learning, anything that involves a creative process!

tloren1278y@aleks9 yeah! Seems like a good time to experiment, ill keep trying for something better before I have to join one of these.

tloren1278y@port22 its a document they make you sign while joining that says that you've to stay for 2 years minimum or you've to forfeit a certain amount of money for the training blah blah.
They keep behind some of your salary until it reaches a huge sum at the end of two years after which they return it to you. Or sometimes give you a huge bonus on completion to make you stay there for that long.

Well I ended up getting two jobs through my college so now I've gotta pick between:
- A legacy maintenance job with a better environment and salary, for a minimum of two years.
OR
-An IT based job with a lower salary but no fixed initial working period.
Advice devRanters?
PS: I am in debt because I took a loan for college tuition. 😐
