Maybe I'm the weird co-worker ...

I can't deal with people I burn myself out socially.

I'm physically in my room right now keeping away from family for Xmas cause I'm So mentally exhausted with being polite and playing social games that I have to stay away!

I can't I just want to be on my own in my own corner of thr world for a bit.

My dad is the most introverted person (he is a salesman ironically). my mom is the most extroverted person ever (she is a stay at home mother also ironically (in the past, she worked is some somewhat introverted jobs (except for the one where her company blew up their rocket. But that's another story I digress))). I am a mixture of both.
