I prefer :set tabstop=2 or 3 for html-like documents and I did <strong>never</strong> accidently rob a bank...
And I prefer not to use git commit -m (I use the core.editor=vim instead). With that I sometimes think it's better to explain more in the commit. Not just a oneliner...
