Me: device and spec ? Like I always need
Client:iPhone
Me: yes. What one and what version of iOS
Client: urm 6s iOS 10 something
Me: great 😏 not broken for me
Client: well everyone is complaining so we need it fixed.

What can i even do now 😐

    Well, they seem to be telling you everyone is complaining, so I'd just echo their complaint right back to them.. I mean after all you're only proving them right!

    Go and have a demo with them. Show them how technical they are, like my grandfather who is like yeah i followed the guidelines from you , came in and found unplugged printer once usb once the power

    @freshlyfe no, there is an issue with this app... But only way I can't test it is having it in front of me... I have no idea what's wrong with it

    Could be memory leak...

    Could be the internet...

    Could be a code error

    Could be a plugin...

    iOS devices only it's causing painfully slow service I.e buttons seem to not to work

    1 - Ask for a print screen

    2 - if none is available, say it's fixed

    If it's really an error, it will pop back with more detail

    @magusd it's happening to... All iOS as far as I can tell so that won't work

    @FitzSuperUser go to your client's home and use his phone to debug if needs be. Worst case scenario, go Occam Razor, remove the component completely and star putting it back piece by piece. Do the old log strategy.
