Ha ha.. I know bro!! Everytime XCode "automatically" manages profiles, I feel like saying, "Why don't you automatically go fuck yourself?" It's a pain in the ass until that shit validates!

Try out Fastlane, haven't used it myself but did some research and I think they help you with that
