Inflexible working times.
I mean why the fuck is it ok to be at the office from 5am to 1:30pm but not from 10am to 6:30pm or what I would like most in weeks like the current one: 11 / 12pm to 7:30 / 8:30pm?

    Are there business process dependencies to your having to start early?

    No. Theres nothing that requires me to be even in the office - nothing other than that my boss wants us to be here "to be able to talk to us in case something is needed"

    I have seen some folks believing in
    morning is the most productive time of your day. This might be the reason they expect you to come early. But this is not true always. ;)

    Seems like they want to make sure their staff are working. If they don't see it, it didn't happen.
