Waking up with hardstyle or happy love songs early in the morning then go for a long walk and get coffee on the road. Swimming is also an option. I'm not waking up in a car, I'm sharp by as a katana after this routine. Just don't associate waking up with going to work. Sing & jump with cruise control on party people ๐ŸŽ‰

    I wake up and go to work. I hate it. I take a break in the middle of the day to spend time with my family, but I feel guilty for it because I feel I should be working. Then I work until bedtime to make up for it.

    Misery ensues.

    @Root I can't believe this actually. You're a dev elite in my eyes. Can't you just riot and do whatever you want without getting fired? And if you get fired leaving the company and returning the notebook / car a few weeks later? I'm like that. Thank God - most companies im still best friends with :)

    Maybe you have a partner to go on a health spree to try my method?

    My life ain't always like described above - I had serious depressions without reasons. Last one even is part of my new healthy life style. I even starting boxing because talking doesn't help :)

    Sport people are fake in advise. At a certain moment it is addicting and you do it with zero effort. On top of that your body automatically considers better food. There is nothing special about it.

    I do 10 to 30km a day without issue ๐Ÿ™„
