You open any website of any decent computer online shop on your phone and order a decent laptop.

Or you stop fucking up your laptops in the first place.

I think you gotta give up the dream of running vsCode specifically but you can do some other editor.

Maybe just a web-editor.
codeAnywhere.com seems like a good option.

Actually seems to be several projects on github for running vsCode in a browser - but they do require spinning up a server on a machine with vsCode first.
