I'm not sure what your story is about.

Have you ever said to someone "Hey, I'm a human. I'd love to learn more. Would you mentor me?"

Or are you just sticking up for the "other people" - who are not you? Maybe you could use that time you are spending 'speaking out' and protecting them... to teach them instead?

Logic - programming... this stuff isn't for everyone. Anyone can afford to find a teacher. Sometimes it just takes a smile.

I teach a bunch of people for free. One time this guy wrote, "How can I stop hating JavaScript?" On Quora. I answered him - and I've been tutoring him for a year. We're great friends now.

I also teach a bunch of people for lots of money.

What is your point?
