@N00bPancakes Definitely! Some people like to make a big thing about DS9 ripping off B5 and all that behind-the-scenes stuff, and I think it's true, but I don't care, I'm just thrilled we got two magnificent creations.
You're right, so many B5 deaths :(
Not actually dev-related, but the news of Mira Furlan's passing hit me like a ton of bricks. Two tons even. Babylon 5 is to this day my favorite creative anything. It's just perfect to me, and a huge part of why is her work as Delenn. Everything I've ever heard about her indicates she was as awesome in real life as she was on B5 and 65 is way too young for anyone to die, period. There is, of course, sadly a lot of death around us these days, and all of it stings, but some of them sting a bit more. But, I think it's a testament to her work how devastated I feel about losing someone I never actually knew. R.I.P. Mira Furlan... to absent friends, in memory still bright :(
