@N00bPancakes We have actually had certain items like that in place. The issue is that for some reason they decided to mingle with services that should fall under IT, as per their request, its theirs, their own server and shit, but for whatever reason everytime an upgrade or something is bound to happen they just throw it at us and bitch and whine when we take our time due to the abnormal amount of work that I.T departments usually get. In this case it is something along the lines of "we fucked it up, but you fix it, oh, and if it does not work it is your fault for not fixing it, even though we fucked it up from the beginning"
That shit stops with me, I am vocal as fuck for these things. -
@mundo03 We have everything documented. the DBA is a nice guy, the "I don't believe in fucking others up guy" I assure everyone that I do not subscribe to the noble intentions and ideologies of my friend.
I pointed fingers like a motherfucker, showed logs, emails, conversations to my head of department and the VP. They know, but the fact that this dumb bitch continues to try and shift the blame fascinates me. What's worse, she is at a secretary's level, whereas I am a manager, the DBA might not have a lot of power to pull this shit with directives, but I sure as shit fucking do, they all owe me a fuckload of favors and I will cash them all if it means fucking them up as I see fit.

@AleCx04 Sounds like you want to be spiteful about it. Write a script that resets her AD password everyday and run it daily on a server or something. Turn it off when she starts behaving. If she's incompetent like you're saying she won't be able to figure out what's happening anyway

@mundo03 I do not want her fired for being a woman, I could not give 10 tons of elephant dick what the person in question is. I just hate incompetent people that blame their faults on others, specially those that lose entire days of sleep for the betterment of our institution.
Male, woman, whatever, I don't care, incompetence is the ultimate evil since it is something that even those on positions of powers carry, thus eventually fucking everything up for the hard worker. the modern world has no room for the parasitic. -

Major update went good through the IT side.
Somehow on a different department, some moron botched up what he had to do (he has a technical role, but he is no programmer or analyst or anything like that and even though he is an admin (with big fucking quotes) no one here would call him so.
He fucks his shit up, and the DBA and myself have to go and fix it. Fine, whatever.
Why am I ranting? Because this bitch sent an email tagging half the board and every other VP stating that it was I.T's fault this happened. Somehow, she had forgotten that she had tagged me into that email since she tagged the Web Developer section email.
I did not give two flying fucks and in front of everyone called them out on what actually happened. I was polite and used some very non-directed "bitch it was you" comments. But it pissed me off that she did that shit behind I.T's back.
Everyone in that email replied saying thank you.....except for her.
I will slap a hoe, I swear.
