    Free code camp, project odin,

Unless youre talking about like a summer camp thing? Those are both free and online and high quality

One focuses on ruby backend the other node.

As mentioned by @BirdLawExpert Freecodecamp is really good. If you are lucky there me be a local group for it too. When you start, you join or create a local Facebook group. When I joined there were no local meetings so a couple of us started one, we now regularly have 8-10 people turn up now. It only started about 3 months ago. The course content is high quality and fun.

I'm already a C# Dev I'm doing it because it looked fun and was a good way to meet like minded people.

It's not a bootcamp but have you had a look on the Microsoft virtual academy?

Cool, which ones did you make?

Freecodecamp for C# would be cool, I've seen Quincy Larson try to encourage people to start a camp in other languages.

I taught for Google CS First my sophomore year at my votech school.
It was a really cool thing to do maybe see if any schools nearby you that use CS First!
