Not sure if it is the difference in the state of my mind or if it is the gradual reopening of the markets, but it's weird to me how a couple of months ago when I was looking for a job change, I could hardly find any good opportunities; but now that I am well entrenched in the current job I have, I keep getting random leads for decent job opportunities for the very profile I work in.
