How many people - and how many days - should it take to put up 1 Facebook ad?

I’m not sure how anything could be really be this terrible...

I think FB knows I don’t like them / and are routing me to the ‘troll’ admin panels.

In theory: 2 people, 1 day, click "post"

In practise:
Ad assets: 12 people, 7 weeks - this is to produce a single image and a sentence of text "click here to change your life"

Publishing to FB: 5 people, 3 credit cards, 4 weeks, and a lot of anger
