    Totally agree with how crap open plan is. I've never worked in a cubicle, but they never sounded that bad to me. At least you get your own small slice of semi-private space in a cube, I imagine.

    I become a productivity machine in the evening/night! I think my dream job would be to have an employer enlightened enough to take advantage of that and let me work the weird hours my body likes. I know that will never, never happen.

    Technically, we have an 'availability policy'-- so long as we're responsive between 9:30 and 4:30 and attend meetings as-needed, there's no concrete attendance policy. It seems to work pretty well for us.
