Just got rejected for an internship position. They saying you are slightly lesser for what our intern possess. Upon insisting they told that both my "skill set" and "logic" is not up to the mark. I am depressed

interviewing is a bit of a skill on its own, if u get nervous or weren't expecting certain types of questions/tests u might not be able to show ur skills as they r .. don't get depressed, keep applying and u'll get better at it

Don't be depressed, my first 2 interviews where a complete disaster. Afterwards it went really smooth! As a consultant I have to do them all the time now 😊

Why are you depressed man? It's not necessary that everybody will like you or your skills or everybody will value your skills. You are unique and nobody can be you, learn from this experience and crush it on your next one. Best of luck!!!

Go on to the next interview. It only takes one 'yes'. Good luck 👍

From the response you got, you were interviewed by HR, or someone not technical. They should have been more specific so that you address those weak areas. If you wrote some of those psychometric tests don't dispair, they the worst in evaluating candidates.

That said, chin soldier, you lost the battle not the war. More battles await to prove yourself.

I relate: I'm studying electrical engineering and it's a complete different spectrum from my uni's computer sciences. Yet my skill set isn't an enough "gauge" for employers
