hi 🙂 how do you mean that? could you be more specific please?
I use kanban in www.notion.so and i limit myself to only do maximum three things/project at the same time.
There is a book called Personal Kanban it helped me a lot.

Personal Kanban: Mapping Work | Navigating Life: Benson, Jim ... -
@heyheni Right now I have 4 projects and 3 of them belong professional and one for side project . eventually I am planning to make my side project to a business model and I dont find enough time to manage all the four and also I try to focus/manage them priority wise . But still at the end of the week I feel like I could have done better.
also thanks for the suggestion I will definitely try read the book. -

yeah, that was purely rhetoric.
on top of that you seem to be hardcore.
my advice, for what its worth:
either:
-ask for a raise/advancement bc you are very invested in the project
-find a new job bc you are exploited.
golden middle:
carry on for a few more months all the while searching for new opportunities. use the good (?) name of your outfit to open doors for new opportunities.
bc 18 hrs work days are a thing of the past...
and exploitation is the norm today... -
I work on whichever one is on fire the worst while all the rest turn into raging infernos themselves. When this career burns itself out I'm going to find a new one as a fireman with all the experience I've gained.
how do you guys handle multiple projects inlcuding your personal side projects ?
