Us: so after carefully reviewing the code, related resources and the network traffic we conclude that was never sent in the first place.

I'm glad we got such a meaningful bug report on the same day a production system started failing, one big deployment that that was like a boss with 3 phases, an unnecessary long meeting and an app developer that that wanted me to break HTTP standards.

    I still remember one team that submitted a "critical" request for us and bothered us constantly until it was done. Slack messages every ten minutes. Emails every hour. We asked them to test it when we finished and let us know if everything was working. All communication immediately stopped and we got no response. We closed the ticket after a few days.

    Three months of silence. Then, out of nowhere, a new comment on the three-months-closed ticket:

    "It doesn't work."
