I'm at that point where I want to lash out at our team for not finishing a sprint. I've been doing the scrum master/dev role for months now and each sprint is incomplete since we have started the agile way.

Most of my team members are seasoned senior devs and my team's downfall are caused by not acting as a team. I'm the youngest in the team and have been acting as a babysitter for them.

The team is indeed stronger than the individuals combined.. It can take a while before the team actually realises that, unfortunatly.

@klonky You make a great point there. My worry is time is running out and the projects that we should be finishing are affected by not working as a team. Plus the added past habits that they work in isolation are becoming a tough thing to break.

@grumpylady01 That's why.. working isolated... working in pairs, or doing reviews in pairs can help a bit. But if they dont feel connected in any way, its really uphill.
