Fuck all of these recruiters who says that I am right for the job but after sending a CV and my hourly rate, the application is dead in the water.

So, I am not the right one to do the job, why do you fucking dare to say that in the first place? Aaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

Treat everything recruiters say as bait to tempt you on board. They'll make out a fresh graduate is the best choice they have for CEO of Apple if it gets your details on their books.

@AlmondSauce yeah I know but if I am telling them fucking truth I expect they will tell me the same as well.

Usually they are looking for regular developer, not for tech leader or senior but they will say "you are perfect match" anyway.

    Whatever matches their check boxes.

@puradawid "yeah I know but if I am telling them fucking truth I expect they will tell me the same as well"

...yeah... afraid it doesn't work like that with recruiters, and never really has. They'll just try all the tactics in the book to get their commission, and that's about it.

“You are the perfect 👌 fit for this job 🤩

Now I read 📚 you have some experience with php 🚀!!! Would you like to talk to me about it? 🌟 ”

“Yes, as clearly stated on my LinkedIn profile and my resume I have experience with it but I am also avoid working with it as I prefer other languages... and given as LinkedIn and resume mention I am currently employed with a non php role...”

I swear, if the recruiters just treated us as objects it’d be shitty but understandable in its own stupidity... but this fake hype everything is awesome toooootally “not” fake is... ghhh
