How would you all suggest preparing for technical interviews? What has worked for you? What hasn't? I know it varies by person and company but I'd love to hear your experiences!

When I'm giving a technical interview, I personally tend to look for general knowledge. Be able to speak intelligently about the technologies and projects on your resume.

The single most important thing (IMHO) is being honest if you don't know an answer! You can't know everything, and they may want to appraise your technical level by finding your breaking point. Definitely try to work your way through it, think out loud after explaining you're not sure. There's no bigger turn off than a candidate who is wrong *with conviction*...

Best of luck, let us know how it goes!

"Cracking the Coding Interview" by McDowell. My friends and I all read through it in college to prep. Got me a job with uber and some friends with Twitter.
