Yeah... It's a little hard to see now, but what you just did was *manage* in a sense. He's your minion in a fashion. Your idea became real, and you didn't have to do all the work.

I know it seems like stealing (especially if he doesn't give you credit), but imagine if you had two or three guys 'stealing' your ideas. You'll be four times as productive, and ideally paid accordingly. :)
