I have this biometric access control project am doing for class it's meant to be implemented at our school library , i have had meetings the whole fucking week, God the breaucracy it's exhausting, meet Head of IT, the Head of Department, Library chair, Security services chair all on separate occasions the approval process is soul crushing

It could just be email. Ask them to email you their requirements and concern.And you could send the final spec to them and ask for their approval.
