I'm so done with auth
it's more than a nightmare
it's a disgrace
why can't someone just be like "you know how auth and identity is hard? why don't we make it easy?"
I would pay so much for that

    Well, there are lots of companies that do exactly that. Auth0 for example.

    I wanted to use auth 0 but the pricing is absurd for my case. Any good alternatives? I was looking at AWS incognito.

    @ars1 it's just cognito.

    It's a great product, if you have the resources to manage it. If you don't, use auth as a service like auth0.

    not gonna lie the first time I learnt about auth, it was so boring for me

    Also KeyCloak is a good solution if you want to host your own Auth with a lot of options

    It sounds like you're implementing one yourself; perhaps consider looking at SAML/SAM-IS, Auth0, Okta, Firebase Auth, AWS Cognito (depending on what stack and cloud provider your team/company uses).

    Have you hear of open source ? yea, people made stuff you can use to do auth.

    Oh, I've tried Auth0, magic.link, heck, Azure AD, AWS Cognito, it's just so dang hard
