I so deeply wish I was able to stick to a (not unhealthy) routine in my everyday life.

    I don't stick to a routine without a reason. I no longer have a reason.

    Take it one step at a time. Choose one thing (like flossing) and do it everyday for at least 3 Months. It will soon become a habit. After that you can choose another. Step by step you'll create a routine, that's not that difficult to stay by.

    Just avoid rewarding yourself with something unhealthy, that one is quite a slippery slope ;D

    @HitWRight yeah, I'm trying to do just pick ONE thing and stick to it. I tend to "start a new life" every other month or so with grand plans and visions... 😣 (That's a routine in a way... 😂)

    Started having breakfast in the morning, a small bowl of greek yoghurt, honey and walnuts. I'm going to make a point out of keeping to it because it would make me a bit proud of myself if I could stick to it.
