As it turns out, many people in my team has the same fucking habit! Nobody wants to listen; everybody wants to blabber first!

How the fuck are we going to communicate like this? Especially while working from home?!

And how the fuck can you blame me for an issue when you don’t even let me complete a fucking sentence?! How the fuck am I supposed to get my point across?!!

As soon as they cut you off... How long do they speak?

If it's not for too long, then keep your chest puffed up as soon as they cut you off.
Immediately after they give a pause, capture the thread. Say "Yes right I agree, right on this I was saying that... / That's understandable but we should also keep in mind that... " > and continue what you were saying firmly and fluently.

I've encountered these kinds of people, who are managers and even some clients. Many a time they don't do to put you down, but just as a part of their impatient nature. Once you do this table tennis conversation with them, they will pay attention and may even ask you to speak up if you're quiet someday.

Can you mute them and say “..before I was rudely interrupted….” ?
