The SO community answers a lot of questions, and they have a plethora of help docs for a reason. if they don't understand what you need, the issue may not be them... Use the meta site if you need help forming your question.

@ExcellentSP I'm not arguing for their "right to be rude", but I guess any argument I make from here on out will be invalid? Lol. You need to chill out.
Yes, sometimes people are jerks on SO (and the internet as a whole, hey, even real life too!) I'm not encouraging that behavior, but I am saying that if you ask good questions that follow their community standards, your likelihood of being flamed is relatively low. Most importantly, if you want to ask good questions, there's resources to help you with that. -
For someone that doesn't know what they're doing, asking the right question can be more difficult than understanding the answer. I think a lot of professionals forget that.

rage0123358ysun tzu said that if the subordonates don t understant the order the blame is on the general. so the general need to reformulate hes order.
now before saing that the guy was an ass... have you tried to reformulate for him your problem? after that if he still was a ass... well what can you do with asses? ( phrasing )
basically stop getting mad when people think of themselfs as gurus in the field but they don't show their skills in facts/code/explanations
When everyone on Stack Overflow treats you like an idiot because they don't understand what you need done.
