Can someone explain why python is always used for machine learning?

@Maxeh it's easy to implement stuffs in Python, it's open source and people have contributed multiple active libraries for ML in Python. The entire Python developer community is active which promotes it's usage... Generally, all prototypes and POC( proof of concept) are developed quickly using Python and later for production uses Java.
