From personal experience, get a lot of red bull and get one or two other strong devs and make it happen!

Do like the other 2 missing devs. Update your CV and start e-mailing it :D

Recipe: lots of coffee, hard music and an all-nighter of work. Tomorrow you will look like a zombie presenting it and take the rest of the day to get used to the hole of not stressing out anymore. Next time... Do it just like this time. The rush of doing the impossible is worthed every penny.
