hexc11198yI dunno, if you have a good OOP understanding you should be able to easily create clean maintainable code. I've been using OOP for almost my entire time programming and have never had any issues. Granted once n' a while you sit there thinking about the best way to abstract something. But provide there is thought put into it, the code can be straight up sexy.

To me left side looks quite SOLID, the right side is very much "liquid" and totally SPAGHETTI. xD

I've seen this type of problem only on PHP legacy projects with ZF2, and it's cause the programmer doesn't actually understand OOP principles.
