Any time I feel like looking for something new because my salary is low, I remember that I would have to go through recruiters, HR, and job interviews and decide to just chill until the next raise.

    And it’s totally okay to chill unless you are in a toxic environment. You don’t have to grind 24/7 for years and years. Sanity is good too.

    It would be nice to have a Dev community for networking, and ban recruiters 🤣.

    There are a lot of open jobs that would be much easier to find if we rely only on a web if trust amongst mentally stable people. 🤣
