ended up turning them down after the 1st test and 7 interviews "Round 1"

Yup if I went to an interview with all these hoops I would haunt bail out, because I highly doubt the way is WAY above the industry standard or average lol. There are WAY to many companies out there looking for developers lol. Before I took this last job I literally got 3 job offer letters within a week of losing my old job lol.
