Most people choose Whatsapp for its lightweight-ness and Facebook decided to make it fat with video statuses. Smh.

I initially started using whatsapp because I hate voip apps and I liked the only texting feature then they added calls, i didn't mind cause every app had that feature so I had to tolerate then they added this status and changed the UI to find contacts and text/call them. I am almost on the verge of deleting this app but I keep thinking what's the alternate?

@paranoidkid I use Signal and Telegram as alternatives because WhatsApp and privacy doesn't go along well

@linuxxx Telegram isn't as secure as initially thought to be. Atleast thats what I know. Signal is the only I would go for atm

@paranoidkid telegram part is true but since not everyone wants to use signal, I use that as well
