Everyone is leaving the engineering department because they don’t feel appreciated and feel underpaid. While I’m feeling like it’s the best job I’ve ever had. I’m now the most tenured engineer on my team and I’ve not been here a year. All the stuff they are complaining about is fixable.

I think Devs complain too much. They think every mistake a manager makes is on purpose and aimed at them.
