Windows File Explorer is the epitome of everything bad about Microsoft. It's shitty proprietary software that treats the user like a baby and hides to complex parts of the system for them, while also managing to be so hideously designed that there are entire books about using it.

Thankfully, I have enough technical knowledge to be able to use PowerShell, even though that's shitty too

There is one particularly strange thing about the file explorer that I have discovered:
Set the view type to list or details. Left click on an empty space next to a file or folder. That file or folder will be selected. Do the same thing but with a right click. Instead of opening the context menu for that file/folder, surprisingly you will get the context menu for the root area, as if you have right clicked an empty area.

It would be really dumb to make this behavior on purpose. So I just assume that it’s a bug. But I don’t know.

But on the topic of PowerShell - can't just replace 5.x with 7.x. No no. Compatibility issues. Just have a secondary PowerShell instance derping around in your system or miss out on OS integration functionality.

    Mhkay.
