Chrome's that kid who used to come over to your house growing up, who would raid your pantry and eat all of your food.

Maybe you need a different version of that friend. Mine has 0 problems what so ever lol

@ScribeOfGoD lol, maybe you're the golden ticket winner? ;) Chrome has always been known a RAM hog.

Using RAM is good-- short term memory makes things in Chrome faster than other browsers because of it.

Downside, is that you can eat up +6gb of RAM quickly if you have too many plugins or tabs open.

TL;DR: Not that it isn't a good browser, it's my primary browser, I'm just ranting that it does use a lot of RAM. Lol
