Moved into management and now I miss the coding part of my job? Wtf is wrong with me, I used to dread coding.

Many people prefer hamds on IC role while because of their skills and it keeps them happy.

Morons I am surrounded by are running the rat race to become a manager with hands off kind of role managing others who are running the same race.

When will we be happy?!
