How to never finish a project:

*Le me staring at my own code after a few weeks*
"Bleh! Icould do better. Lets change it all before things get worse."

And the cycle continues...

This is fucking literally me right now with a pretty big project 😞

Story of my life 😆

My game programming paper back at uni forced us to make 1 game every two weeks, the code was horrible but we got projects to some sort of MVP, so I'd say use trello and set a deadline for stuff, lol and don't be like me and change the deadline (wish they didn't have the next Monday feature)
