CIO: what kind of web server do you want for your dev environment? WordPress?

CIO: we're going to pick something and stick with it.

    Make sure to use WordPress server EE edition, I heard CE edition is not good especially if running JavaScript OS 😅

    @-FLX I wouldn't consider that as a development enviroment, just a fucking WYSIWYG editor non-dev designers use

    WordPress has its place. Clients need and want the is. Easy money maker people! It's not always about you. If you want to make money, its about them.

    Wp is a CMS web app in its own right, it's not a web server though :) which is what was killing me CIO didn't know the diff. Web server would be like apache, node.js, ngnix, etc

    @zues same boat with the in house development​ just that my boss is a general manager and screams at his computer when he can't get it to update....
