@-red one last note. Very early stages, but this evening (like, 10 minutes ago), I got an email inviting me to interview for a potential data scientist job. It'd be doing time series analysis, which is my bread and butter, so, watch this space.

My housemate, a journalist, put me in touch with them like, 2 months ago, I hadn't heard anything, so figured they weren't interested (I don't have "data scientist" on my cv, so it's a bit tricky).
