Does a crypto exchange supporting cashout into fiat on a bank account exists, where you actually can get through the KYC process as a foreigner in a european country?

Asking for a friend who already tried
Nominex, Bybit, Binance, Bitmax and Kucoin - all either without ability to transfer funds to a bank account or KYC broken for foreigners.

The trick is to NOT submit any document that shows your real nationality and to always use a driver's license issued by the European country, it's a valid proof of ID.

It's the perfect middle ground. As far as the exchange is concerned, you're _probably_ European, and as far as the country is concerned you're not since they have other documentation.

Edit: I used this method twice. Most recently at crypto.com and approval was almost instantaneous. You don't want to get flagged for manual review.

Sadly, there is no driver's license.

@Oktokolo Ahh without a license then idk. It's worth getting one anyway, even for non crypto. But good luck to your friend.
