Just saw an article about the iPhone 7. It's such a powerfull device that it run Windows XP?!?!?

    @norman70688 it could be that but I've taken it from a legitimate source. Although the photo they posted could be more intuitive

    I believe it my S4 has a 1.6 quad-core on it and I ran xp on a 1.8ghz single core back when it first came out

    I read the article and, from what I remember, they are actually running a virtual machine inside the iPhone 7. They stated that the iOS cannot be removed.

    @brunohcastro probably because legal issues. I doubt the hardware refuses to run anything but iOS. It's probably a question of how difficult it is getting a different bootloader to work (because of e.g. security through obscurity)
