Our QA is acting like a customer, or even more... Pushy, demanding, some times rude... you name it

On the flip side, we have a real (cruel) world scenario in testing. Not too bad I think?

    It's difficult to find such a QA, trust me.

    Value them and their work.

    Your testers are your first customers. Having them complaining and fixing the problems means that the actual customers won't complain about the same stuff.

    As UI/UX reviewer, I say it's more of an opportunity than challenge.
