Hello, I am a starter programmer. I don’t know too much about programming, just a few things. Do you know a course or any website that can help me learning to code? Thank you!

Well, firstly welcome to devRant. Once you get started with the whole spiel you'll eventually run into some frustrating stuff, feel free to share that here.
Also, why do you want to learn programming? I'm asking this because then we can point you in the right direction.

@Ranchonyx I want to learn about making applications in any programming language, for example: C++

@Arlind16 Okay, firstly you wanna read up or watch videos about C++ in general. This series is pretty decent in explaining everything from the ground up https://youtube.com/playlist/...

If you don't mind paying about 15 USD for it, I've learned a lot from Udemy courses. Theyre good if you're lazy like me and don't feel like going through documentation or books.
Just pick something you're interested in and go from there.
There's probably a ton of good YouTube tutorials for beginners, though I haven't used them in a while myself so I can't think of one at the moment.
And of course you can always just pick a book for programming basics.

    What’s a starter programmer do ? Program Pokémons ?

Jokes aside my strongest ally in my quest to become knowledgeable in programming has been GitHub so far.
