Another agile meeting after our daily stand up? Sure Lets waste some more time

I have to deal with 100 minutes bi-dailies and weekly 3 hours long "agile training".

We're doing agile with a bunch of new joiners, we haven't taken the time to explain to agile to them (I'm not sure if we even understand agile, to be honest) and so we just have stand ups and planning sessions and retrospectives expecting them to produce something but the only thing that gets produced is a waste of time :)
