Wow! Did VS Code just go all Google docs with live sharing? I have no use for this at the moment but remote peer programming sounds pretty cool!

I want to utilize Live Share in teaching. Orally communicating exact English words to Russian students is such a PITA: takes unnecessary time for corrections.

They can have one pane for their editor, another for me to type out stuff. And near by - the HTML live preview. Awesome.

Just need one-time setup procedure.

I have used it to interview potential dev candidates. And the other person doesn't even have to install vs code. He/she/whatevergenderidentity just needs a browser.

I use live sharing in vs (not code) since vs 2019 (i think)... I didn’t ubderstand the google docs part
